It became apparent that this new form of personal transportation was a winner, not only for ease of use, and the ability to move in and out of campus buildings without dismounting, but also for its ecologically green operation. It was the perfect solution for security as well as students transiting from building to building. Students like the fun of gliding from class to class and the security force loves to be able to transit through foot traffic and crowded walkways while being 8 inches taller than the public. The view from this vantage point allows the officer to see what’s happening at quite a distance.
